If cyclists have not reached Kawakawa Bay shops by 13:00pm, they will be asked to step into the support van.
NOTE: all riders successfully made the cut off in 2019

We have teamed up with TEAM CP to allow you to train specifically for the SRAM Tour de Ranges in a structured 12 week plan. The programme is free to download, click here
NUUN DRINK STATIONS
The Nuun drink stations will be located at the 40km and 70km distance markers. There will be an electrolyte hydration aid station for competitors provided by Nuun Hydration & Water. Learn more
PLACING AWARDS
Our placing awards are Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. We will be acknowledging the top three finishers in each age group section for both male and female. Check out the age groups here

- 7:35am - 110km Age Group Wave 1 - estimated finish time of under 2:55 hours
- 7:40am - 110km Age Group Wave 2 - estimated finish time of 2:55 - 3:15 hours
- 7:45am - 110km Age Group Wave 3 - estimated finish time of 3:15 - 3:35 hours
- 7:50am - 110km Age Group Wave 4 - estimated finish time of 3:35 - 4:00 hours
- 7:55am - 110km Age Group Wave 5 - estimated finish time of 4:00+ hours
